We are based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. However we love to cover weddings with different flavour and we have covered from simple private weddings to grand destination weddings all around India. We travel all over India and the world on assignment.

As a dedicated wedding photography studio, we've had the privilege of capturing 300+ weddings across Indore and many other cities. How early should i book my wedding photographer?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (October to March). Since we limit ourselves to only 10 weddings per month to maintain quality, dates fill up quickly.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS AND CINEMATOGRAPHERS COME TO THE WEDDING FOR ASSIGNMENT?
Generally there are two photographers for most of the big weddings that we have done. Depending on your requirements and budget this number may go up. If we are doing your Wedding film then expect 2 people or more. Generally we work in a team like : 2 Candid Photographers, 2 Cinematographers, 1 Traditional photographer and videographer, 2 Assistant, 1 Pilot with Drone
We live out of town. Is it possible for our family or friends to meet with you instead?
Absolutely! We'd be happy to meet with your family or friends to answer their questions, discuss your wedding plans, and showcase our portfolio. If you're unable to attend in person, we'd also love to schedule a video call with you so we can get to know each other, understand your vision, and ensure we're the perfect fit for your special day.
Where is your shop located and what are your opening hours?
Our boutique is located at Ho Chi Minh. We are open from 9:00 AM to 8:00
Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn't suit me?
Absolutely. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please bring your receipt for a seamless process.
Do you offer samples before I purchase a full-sized product?
Yes, we provide complimentary samples for most of our skincare and fragrance lines. Please ask one of our consultants, and they will be happy to prepare a sample for you to try at home.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to respect the time of our therapists and other clients waiting for appointments.
What is the fee for a late cancellation or no-show?
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. A no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.
Are there any exceptions to the cancellation fee (e.g., medical emergency)?
We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at management's discretion with proper documentation, such as a doctor's note in case of sudden illness.
Does the cancellation policy apply to group bookings or packages?
Yes, and it may be more stringent. For group bookings (3+ people) or pre-purchased treatment packages, we require a 48-hour notice for changes or cancellations to avoid a fee.

To avoid any fees, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Can I reschedule my appointment instead of cancelling it?
Yes, you are welcome to reschedule. As long as you provide more than 24 hours' notice, you can move your appointment to a new time without any charge.
How will I be charged if I need to cancel—is my card on file charged automatically?
For late cancellations or no-shows, the card you provided to secure your booking will be automatically charged the corresponding fee.
If I'm running late for my appointment, how does that affect my treatment and the policy?
We will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it may be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
